Our mission at Kolope Connection is simple and lies in the name itself: “kolope” (koh-LOH-peh), which is a Tongan translation to the English word “globe”, and we strive to provide convenient shipping, retail, and pick up services for our local communities in the States, our family and friends in the Tonga Islands, and the general public across the globe by building meaningful connections with our clients.

our story
Kolope Connection is a licensed Ocean Transportation Intermediary (OTI) as a Non-Vessel-Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) and Ocean Freight Forwarder (OFF).
We started in the San Francisco Bay Area in a humanitarian effort to relieve the stress of family and friends overseas in a natural disaster by providing goods and items to the Tonga Islands.
Since opening our doors, we’ve been committed to providing service of the highest quality, paying particular attention to working efficiently while keeping the lines of communication with our clients clear and concise.
In addition to our shipping services, we’ve expanded to a retail company of imported goods from the Tonga Islands and a local pick up service for San Francisco Bay area residents.
